The Role:

As the Chief Information Officer, you will be pivotal in leading the organisation’s technological strategy and roadmap, transforming digital capabilities, focusing on analytics, and ensuring innovation across all business units. The role demands technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership, ensuring the seamless integration of technology into the company’s long-term growth and success.

Successfully lead and execute the conglomerate’s digital transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Introduce and integrate cutting-edge technologies to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.
Oversee the optimisation and scalability of the IT infrastructure to support current and future business needs.
Implement robust cybersecurity measures and data protection protocols to safeguard company assets and information.
Efficiently manage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and maximising ROI on digital investments.
Foster strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive cohesive and unified technology initiatives.
Establish and monitor key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital and technological strategies.
Attract, develop, and retain top-tier technology talent, promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the IT teams.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong ability to develop and articulate a clear digital and technology vision that aligns with the conglomerate’s long-term goals.
Deep understanding of emerging technologies, cybersecurity, data analytics, and IT infrastructure management.
Demonstrated track record of driving innovation and implementing forward-thinking technology solutions that deliver tangible business results.
Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and foster collaborative relationships across all levels of the organisation.
Strong business insight with the ability to bridge the gap between technology and business strategies, ensuring technology initiatives support overall corporate objectives.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and embody the conglomerate’s values of excellence, integrity, and innovation.
Currently holding a degree in Law or Legal Studies
Fluent in English
